Our Aims
The Net continues to grow and expand, it embraces all languages and each day welcomes new browsers. The Internet is no longer high-tech; it has become simply a medium of human intercommunication. The Internet knows no boundaries or confines. It is growing freely - and as it does so, it is becoming increasingly more difficult to search for information. The Net needs to be organised. This project aims to help browsers find their required information, as well as enable them to help each other as they explore the Internet.

A person is looking for information. Information is looking for a person. We help them to find each other.

Who are we?
A Catalogue of resources, which is edited by browsers themselves - volunteer editors. We are but a self-help system. A multilingual Catalogue, which encompasses all of the language resources of the Internet, though we do not offer translation services. We are here to enable you to access Internet resources in your preferred languages.

The Catalogue is compiled not by programmers for sophisticated specialists, but by readers and for readers. We are a Net-based search system. You can help yourself and others to find information by using the cataloguing tools that we offer.

The functions
You can: add sites, place existing sites into different categories, create new categories and provide descriptions for them. Finally, you can manage the information! We give you the tools to do it. You can do all that you want to do: we shall only be coordinating your activities.

Taking part in the Project
Each browser can act as an expert in his/her own field. Are you are a professional, or are you a devoted enthusiast? Now you can make yourself really useful.

The Catalogue is constantly searching for new experts to help organise different areas of knowledge. Each browser improves the Catalogue and makes searching easier. Our Catalogue is constantly growing and evolving.

How to start work?
1. Choose a topic that interests you and choose a category.
2. Click on the "I'd like to be an editor" button inside your chosen category.
3. Remember that we are here not to waste time, but to work together.
